Queen City Bistro was envisioned as not only a farm to table focused restaurant, but an event venue designed for small to medium sized groups. If you want to come with a group, we have space for up to 55 guests to have a meal together upstairs. If you are looking to have a cocktail party the upstairs can accomodate up to 75 standing.

We have a second private room upstairs able to accomodate smaller groups of between 10 and 20 guests seated, perfect for small business dinners, family gatherings, and special occassions.

While we may be a new restaurant here in Staunton, between management and staff we have cumulatively worked thousands of amazing events of all types and want to bring that expertise to your celebration. Truly, helping folks celebrate the happiest moments of their lives is one of the most fulfilling things we do here.

The most common choice for events in our spaces is a 3 course meal with wine & beer, but we can accomodate a variety of event styles. So far we’ve hosted the Cast parties, the Staunton Happy Hour Club, Prom Night Dinners, Wedding Rehearsal Dinners, an event for Creative Mornings highlighting local artists and musicians, and several large business dinners for local businesses and conference goers here in Staunton. Your event could be next!

We can host lunch and brunch events outside of normal hours, as well as buffet style meals, and cocktail parties with heavy appetizers. When we renovated the space we wanted to make a space beautiful enough to host a small wedding or wedding reception, with the thought that if it were nice enough for consideration as a wedding venue then all other events would love it.

Once you feel confident in moving forward, all that is needed to reserve the space for your date is a 500$ deposit for the event and signing a one page contract.
